The Triaster Conference 2010

Over 60 quality professionals and users from all over the UK attended the conference on 13/14 October at Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa. The conference theme focused on the advantages to be gained from reducing the time spent before experiencing real benefit from process improvement projects. Presentations included keynotes from Triaster’s MD, Michael Cousins and from Vincent Desmond, Executive Director of Business Development at the CQI. There were also over a dozen varied track sessions, including presentations from the University of Bristol, ING Direct UK, CarillionMouchel and Ansbury.

ING Direct UK were announced as winners of the 2010 Triaster ROI Award at the conference and presented with their framed award certificate and £12,000 of software services. Full details of the Award and photographs of this year’s winners are here:
