Process Mapping Made Simple

With the Triaster solution, content can be captured:

  • via Excel
  • via Visio
  • or via automated imports
It’s as simple as dragging and dropping or filling in an Excel worksheet. Processes can be captured by the process owners (those that do the job) or by a core process team in a workshop with some key employees from the department or project. Either way, once the initial capture of processes has been completed, it is important that the process owners own and update them; which the Triaster solution couldn't make easier.
