We do not employ commissioned sales staff. Nobody will 'chase' you. If you think our Solution can help you, great, we will help you understand its potential; if not, great, we will leave you in peace and hope that your interactions with us have been helpful to you.

2. We share the risk

We do not make any profit in the first 15 months of our relationship with new customers. We only begin to make a profit after you have used our solution for 15 months and want to remain a customer thereafter.

4. Flexible Licences

Triaster process authoring licences are completely portable and can be assigned to anyone you wish for as little as 1 month, and then reassigned to another person over and over again.

5. Free trial

We have a simple, risk-free process for you to understand if we are right for you. The first phase is a 3-month hosted evaluation, entirely free of cost and obligation where we will work with you to populate a process library. The second phase is a full 12-month trial where you can really understand your exact requirements before adopting a Triaster Agreement.

6. The sky’s the limit

All Triaster customers benefit from portable licences, free training, free on-site assistance from a Project Support Consultant, flexible benefits where you can alter your agreement structure to suit your changing business circumstances and the right to create as many libraries as you need with as many users of those libraries as you like - inside and outside of your organisation.
